6. Returns and Refunds (Consumer Guarantees Act)
Your purchase is protected by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

  • Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty or does not meet the statutory guarantees, we will fulfill our obligations to repair, replace, or refund the item.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind
