    Heat in microwave for 30 seconds or soak in hot water until suitable temperature is reached, then wrap in towel and apply for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cold Compress:
    Place in freezer or cold storage until suitable temperature is reached, then wrap in a towel and apply for 15-20 minutes.
