Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as Sales, Matariki, or Christmas), processing times may take up to 2 additional days.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping within New Zealand. Shipping charges for your order will be at a fixed rate of $15

3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@carewisenz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We currently do not ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you wish to ship items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, our couriers have Authority to Leave. If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave behind the blue pot"), please include these in the 'Order Notes' at checkout.

Please note: If you authorize a parcel to be left unattended, Carewise cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen items once the courier has confirmed delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at sales@carewisenz.com.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always strive to provide a remedy (replacement or refund) in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
